1. Eligibility & Requirements

1.1 Age Requirement

• Renters must be at least 18 years old and A security deposit is held depending on the vehicle to rent a luxury or exotic vehicle.
• Drivers under 18 may be subject to an additional young driver surcharge and restrictions on certain vehicles.

1.2 Driver’s License & Identification

• All drivers must be over 18 years old.
• Drivers must provide a valid international or national (local) licence, some local licences are not accepted, our team will check your licence’s validity before renting you the car.
• Drivers must not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs while operating the vehicle. All insurance claims resulting from driving under the influence will be denied and you will be responsible for all resulting damage repairs.
• It is primarily your responsibility to ensure that you are eligible to drive a rented car in compliance with the laws of the UAE.

1.3 Payment & Deposit

• A major credit or debit card is required for payment and security deposits.
• A security deposit is held at the time of rental and refunded upon the safe return of the vehicle, subject to inspection.
• Deposits vary based on the vehicle type and rental duration.

2. Booking & Cancellation

2.1 Reservation Policy

• All rentals must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or in-person.
• Rental confirmation is subject to availability and verification of documents.

2.2 Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellations are available up to 48 hours before pickup.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
• No-shows will be charged the full rental amount.

3. Rental Terms & Usage

3.1 Rental Duration & Extensions

• The minimum rental period is [X] hours/days (as per the specific vehicle).
• Late returns may incur additional hourly or daily charges.
• To extend a rental, customers must notify us before the rental period expires.

3.2 Mileage Limits

• Each rental includes a mileage limit.
• Additional mileage will be charged per excess mile/km.

3.3 Fuel Policy

• Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as provided at pickup.
• A refueling charge will apply if the vehicle is returned with less fuel.

3.4 Prohibited Uses

• Vehicles may NOT be used for:
  • Off-road driving or racing.
  • Towing or carrying heavy loads.
  • Transporting hazardous materials.
  • Driving under the influence of drugs/alcohol.
  • Unauthorized third-party use.

4. Insurance & Liability

4.1 Insurance Coverage

• Basic insurance is included with all rentals.
• Renters are responsible for any damage exceeding coverage limits.
• Optional full coverage insurance is available for an extra fee.

4.2 Renter’s Responsibility

• Renters are liable for damage, theft, or loss of the vehicle during the rental period.
• Any traffic fines, tolls, or parking violations incurred during the rental must be paid by the renter.

5. Vehicle Pickup & Return

5.1 Pickup Process

• Renters must present a valid driver’s license and payment card at the time of pickup.
• A pre-rental vehicle inspection will be conducted and documented.

5.2 Return Process

• Delivery outside Dubai state is subject to a fee (depending on the location of the other city).
• Driver must show original valid documents while receiving the car.
• Driver can take a video or photo of the current condition of the car, before signing the contract.
• Driver also must pay a deposit amount that is kept on-hold and used in case of fines or small damages on the car after it s returned. The deposit amount depends on the car.

• We offer 24/7 roadside assistance for breakdowns or emergencies.
